AVANT is a residential quarter in the historic centre of Saint Petersburg, set within the territory of a former textile factory designed by Erich Mendelsohn.
CGPLANKA completed the full visualization cycle for the project, including architectural imagery and an immersive virtual tour. The work focused on communicating the project’s atmosphere, material quality, landscaped spaces, and human-scale urban environment.
